Completely self contained, the house is fitted and furnished to a particularly high standard, with a large, flexible living space, 22 acres of grounds and 1 mile of shoreline, it is the ideal family holiday home.

There is a patio with seating looking over the loch and a private jetty.

The property sits between the shore and the scenic road to Dunvegan which is home to Dunvegan Castle and the perfect base for exploring the magnificent coastal and mountain scenery of Skye. Local activities include sailing, angling, walking, climbing, riding, biking, diving, golf and ornithology. A small selection of shops, hotels and restaurants are 5 miles away in Dunvegan or 15 miles in Portree.

The house is on two floors and sleeps up to 9 guests. It comprises of 1 king-size, 1 twin and 1 single bedroom - all with en-suite shower rooms a cot is also available.

The ground floor lounge has a feature fire and large picture windows. The large open plan breakfasting kitchen/dining room has patio doorsoverlooking the loch. There is also a utility room, bathroom, extra separate wc. Cooking by gas hob/electric oven, electric heating. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, television in lounge and all bedrooms, DVD and CD player. All bed linen and towels supplied.

The upper part of the house can be used for a further 4 guests and has 2 twin rooms – both with en-suite, a further lounge and separate kitchen. Making this the ideal accommodation for 2 families holidaying together.
